A house conceived from its outset
that blends into the landscapee.

Its low, one-story profile aligns with the contours of the land with the roof virtually simulating the ground’s slope, with some parts of the building even sinking slightly into the hillside. This emphasis on landscape can be seen in creating the access to the property via the rear, so as not invade the privileged view that unfolds before the home.

A perfect mix of private and common space

The residence is designed around an access devised to work as a hinge connecting the three fundamental zones of the home: the sleeping areas, the living space and the kitchen area. In this way each zone can exist independently, increasing the level of comfort and liveability for its users, with patios inspired in typical Mallorcan architecture between each area. The humanity of the building can be seen in the importance of the common living area, with an imposing fireplace in the centre, separating the sitting room from dining area. This comfortable and unifying space, like the other zones, opens up onto the garden and swimming pool, not to mention views over the surrounding terrain.
